Anjou White 2023

It was in 2006 that we planted our first plot of white, in the Anjou appellation, bordering Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil. As the white is not included in the specifications of the appellation, we decided to produce a cuvée from Chenin, the emblematic grape variety of Anjou. On clay-limestone soils, our Anjou Blanc Sec is a gourmet wine, round with a liveliness that goes well with fish and white meats, or even goat cheese.
