Welcome to Le Fleuré. Our Réthaise craft business was founded in 2012. Initially created to highlight the flagship product of our beautiful island: Fleur de sel from the Isle of Ré. Over the years we have been developing canned sardines and seafood spreads made with fleur de sel and other Atlantic products, but we have also developed land spreads made with vegetables and even pork tapenades and terrines. We have recently expanded our product range to bring more flavor from our region. You will be able to find artisanal oils and wine vinegars. And all this, of course, with quality products made in France.
