Originally, our experienced bakers and pastry chefs developed a rich shortcrust pastry, composed of rigorously selected ingredients: butter (32%), Breton wheat flour, sugar, egg yolk, Guérande IGP salt, yeast. For the other versions, depending on the flavor, 15 to 20% of inclusions or fruit preparations are added to this butter-rich paste (32%). The baking is carried out in state-of-the-art ovens, allowing control of all parameters to obtain a beautiful texture: crispy and/or melting depending on the flavors. The 6 Sablissimes (150 g net weight) are packaged in a thick crystal bag for good preservation. The biscuits are displayed magnificently on a podium, a pedestal. A black link closes the whole thing and adds a high-end touch. Finally, the label announces the gourmet work of art you are about to enjoy for an unforgettable moment of refinement.
