Recipe based on butter, whole free-range eggs and PGI Guérande salt. Ideal as an accompaniment to hot drinks and desserts (ice cream, etc.) and/or as a snack or afternoon snack and can be included in a gourmet coffee/tea. Made in Brittany (Vannes) with carefully selected ingredients. Fabrication artisanale. 10 pure butter artisanal Madeleines, 28g on average. With a good buttery taste.
