HORIZON RANGE - COTES DU RHONE VILLAGES SABLET TERROIR - Its vineyard located at the foot of the Sablet bell tower, on gentle slopes, is nourished by sandy soils, decalcified red clay and pebbles of various sizes. GRAPES - GRENACHE SYRAH MOURVEDRE VINIFICATION - Traditional long vatting lasting up to 3 weeks to extract a rounded phenolic material. During fermentation the temperature is controlled and will not exceed 28 degrees. Bottled after 14 months of aging in vats. TASTING NOTES - Brilliant, deep red color. The nose opens with a bouquet of black fruits, then notes of cherry and violet. On the palate, we find this aromatic richness with black plum and blackcurrant which are refreshed by a few notes of redcurrant. The spices also accompany a beautiful and long finish.
