The Le Hibou Qui Bâille brand was created by Frank Monteil who could no longer bear to drink bad coffee and who one day decided to become a coffee roaster.
To date, Le Hibou Qui Bâille markets its artisanally roasted coffees in bakeries, grocery stores and also in CHR.
Whether for pure origin coffees, or for blends, a careful selection of arabica is made in order to obtain pleasant coffees, with a good length in the mouth and a maximum of aromas.
