Organic Khorasan wheat twists 250gr

Twists made with Khorasan T65 wheat flour, grown on our farm. The pasta is made in an artisanal way by a local company 60 km from us. Enjoy pasta rich in protein and more digestible than “classic” pasta Khorasan wheat, when compared to modern wheat, has a higher content of proteins and mineral salts, notably selenium, zinc and magnesium and is highly digestible compared to conventional pasta. Selenium is a mineral known for its high antioxidant properties. Khorasan wheat is so high in selenium that one serving can provide 1/3 of the recommended daily allowance of selenium.
