Young whole dried nettle leaves (Urtica dioica, Urtica urens, Urtica pilulifera, Urtica membranacea, Urtica atrovirens). Usable: - in herbal teas (whole leaves) - in its food preparations (whole leaves or reduced to flakes): rich in proteins, vitamins, calcium, iron - in cosmetics ----- Our nettles come from the garden. They were harvested by our Member Gardeners and dried at low temperature. Our gardeners work according to rigorous specifications prohibiting any synthetic input and promoting agroecological practices. Our role is to support each gardener in their activity, to control practices and product quality, to control end-to-end traceability and of course to prepare these ingredients for sale.
