Creation: In the Organic Pioneers!
Since 1980, Denis Juhé has produced numerous fruits from organic farming on his farm in Saint-Etienne-en-Bresse in Burgundy. It was in 1986 that Sorbiop was born, Denis decided to transform his red fruits into sorbets.

It was in 2009 that Sylvie GUIGUE joined him after a career in the paramedical field, it was the big leap into an exciting profession in line with the values she shares: Cooperating with the elements, limiting our impacts, particularly on the water. 2012, Denis retires and creates the Le Jardinier Glacier brand
The Laboratory is a positive energy building, built in 2012.
The farm's fruits and aromatic plants are harvested by hand by local seasonal workers and are the basis of the business.
For the transformation, Sylvie surrounded herself with a dynamic and joyful team: Emmanuelle and Caroline who you will meet in our sales area at the farm!
