A crispy adventure, born from the heart and the desire to offer unforgettable gifts.
Behind Le Joyeux Biscuit, there is Bérangère, a self-taught pastry chef, a great lover of afternoon tea and a spreader of good cheer.’
It all started 10 years ago with a precious gift: homemade Alsatian bredeles, so delicious and beautifully packaged that they have remained in our memories. That's when I thought to myself: I also want to give unforgettable gifts!’
The first year, I gave 6 boxes of cookies, then 10, 15... and 10 years later, I give boxes of cookies to all our family, friends, neighbors, colleagues, clients, etc. Dozens of batches of food are baked one after another in the kitchen between November and December!’
And one day, between two batches and many compliments, the idea germinated: to transform a home passion into a delectable artisanal biscuit factory. No fundraising in sight, just the desire to make people smile with really good products, butter, humor, and lots of love.
