Le Mas De la Lune is a biodynamic family estate whose vines are located in the heart of the Agly Valley, in St Paul de Fenouillet, (Cotes Catalanes/Cotes du Roussillon Village) at an altitude of 400 meters.
Its terroir of schist and black marl on the hillsides gives our wines a freshness much appreciated by the greatest amateurs.
The grape varieties are mainly made up of old vines and local grape varieties. ( White, gray and black Grenache, Macabeu, Syrah, Mourvedre)
Subtle, gourmet, surprising or complex depending on the vintage, our wines tell the history and love of a terroir...
Our most beautiful vintages, now labeled Demeter, can now be found on very beautiful Michelin-starred restaurants in France and in around ten countries.
Vinification is done without inputs, only a very slight addition of sulphite to preserve the authenticity of the terroir and the grape varieties.
