Le Mas De la Lune is a biodynamic family estate whose vines are located in the heart of the Agly Valley, in St Paul de Fenouillet, (Cotes Catalanes) at 400 meters above sea level.
Its terroir of schist and black marl on the hillsides gives our wines a freshness much appreciated by the greatest amateurs.
The grape varieties are mainly made up of old vines and local grape varieties. ( White, gray and black Grenache, Macabeu, Syrah, Mourvedre)
Subtle, gourmet, surprising or complex depending on the vintage, our wines tell the history and love of a terroir...
Our most beautiful vintages, now labeled Demeter, can now be found on very beautiful Michelin-starred restaurants in France and in around ten countries.
Vinification is done without inputs, only a very slight addition of sulphite to preserve the authenticity of the terroir and the grape varieties.
