Established since 2022 in the heart of Auvergne in Cantal, our terroir is our source of inspiration.
At Moulin d'Adèle, we lovingly produce artisanal virgin oils using rediscovered regional know-how.
We have completely restored an old process dating from the beginning of the 20th century in order to preserve our local heritage.
All our raw materials are 100% of FRANCE origin.
Walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds, peanuts, rapeseed, sunflower and other oilseeds come from our beautiful French territories.
