Established since 2022 in the heart of Auvergne in Cantal, our terroir is our source of inspiration.
At Moulin d'Adèle, we lovingly produce artisanal virgin oils using rediscovered regional know-how.
We have completely restored an old process dating from 1900 in order to perpetuate our local heritage.
All our raw materials are 100% of FRANCE origin. Walnuts, Hazelnuts, Almonds, Rapeseed, Sunflower and other oilseeds come from our beautiful French territories.
France is full of agricultural and artisanal riches that we must highlight and sublimate.
