Handcrafted at a granite mill, Ghislain Durand founder of the Moutarde Cathare SAS of Castelnaudary, former Chef de cuisine, apprentice of the Brasserie du Nord of Mr Bocuse. My project is to relaunch an artisanal and local production of a quality mustard. Install in Castelnaudary, world capital of cassoulet, but also of mustard manufacture since 1683.
