The Tea Party is an intimate and militant project, born from the passion of its founder Pierre Lebrun for sourcing the best teas. During his studies Pierre traveled to China and discovered tea. A few years later, then an international buyer for an import company, he rediscovered Tea Houses, particularly the Gong Fu cha ceremonies.
It was in 2005 that he decided to make tea his profession and to use his talents as a buyer and sourcer to find the best teas in the world. Today, Le Parti du Thé works with private clients, but also professionals, including the finest brands and the best restaurants in the capital. The Tea Party notably supplies Petrossian, Yann Couvreur, Stéphanie Le Quellec, and many others.
Since its creation, Le Parti du Thé has set itself the mission of democratizing tea to make it accessible to all. For more than 15 years, we have had the chance to build sincere and lasting ties with the best tea producers around the world, to help you (re)discover quality tea. We can tell you the story of each tea leaf, because with us, they all have in common that they are the fruit of the work of passionate women and men, guarantors of committed agriculture.
