The result in the Chemex or filter coffee maker is memorable. No bitterness and a subtle fruitiness for a coffee of rare finesse. Hafursa Haru Station is located near the town of Yirgacheffe which has largely contributed to the reputation of Ethiopian coffees in the world. The cherries are picked and sorted by hand to ensure maximum quality and consistency found in the cup. The station includes 12 fermentation tanks and 169 drying beds, allowing rapid processing of harvests while ensuring full traceability of batches. This coffee comes from drying bed number 160.
