Our cocoa comes from the Dominican Republic, grown in the heart of committed terroirs, according to the principles of agroecological and responsible farming.
From cocoa tree to powder, each step is meticulously controlled to guarantee full traceability, fair compensation for villagers and a concrete contribution to local development.

At Le petit Maître, we champion raw, living, and unprocessed cocoa.
Our cocoa powder is non-alkalized, which allows it to retain all its natural aromatic richness.
Slightly bitter, with a fruity and caramelized profile, it reveals a range of subtle and balanced notes, far removed from standardized and over-processed industrial powders.
All our recipes are handcrafted in France, in the Loire region, in our small workshop in Ste-Foy-St-Sulpice.
