Le petit zeste is a biscuit factory in the South of France founded by Dominique and Eloi, a couple of true epicureans! Both agricultural and food engineers, their vocation is to highlight local raw materials in their biscuits. The recipes are delicious and original and always without preservatives, artificial flavors or colorings.
The biscuits come in two ranges, savory and sweet, for all palates and all eating occasions. For aperitif aficionados, shortbread with Pélardon AOP and Provence herbs, for fans of a sweet break, prefer shortbread daisies with Valrhona dark chocolate ganache and Camargue fleur de sel.
