Le Petit Zeste is a biscuit factory from the South of France founded by Dominique and Eloi. Both agricultural and food engineers, their vocation is to highlight local raw materials in their biscuits. The recipes are delicious and original and always without preservatives, artificial flavors or colorings.
The biscuits come in two ranges, salty and sweet, for all palates and all consumption occasions. For aperitif aficionados, choose shortbread biscuits with Pélardon AOP and Provençal herbs, while for those who enjoy a sweet treat, opt for shortbread daisies with a Valrhona dark chocolate ganache and Camargue fleur de sel.
