The flagship cuvée of the star couple Angelina Jolie-Brad Pitt, vinified by the Perrin family, stars of the Rhône Valley, is above all a magnificent success! Located in the heart of the Var, the prestigious Château Miraval benefits from an absolutely exceptional terroir in the town of Correns, the first organic village in France. This Miraval Rosé 2021 is made from the best terroirs of the estate as well as a selection of grapes and wines from vineyards located mainly in the northern part of Provence. The location of the vineyard at an altitude of around 350 meters on clay-limestone soils gives this rosé wine a subtle alliance of acidity and minerality. Combined with this, a cool climate marked by significant temperature variations between day and night is ideal for refining ripeness and ensuring a perfect balance. Vinification and aging Harvested mainly early in the morning, the grapes are rigorously sorted before destemming. Cinsault, Grenache and Rolle are directly pressed while Syrah is vinified by bleeding. 95% vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats and 5% in barrels with stirring. Assembly
