Passionate and concerned with perpetuating the heritage of our past, he treasures artisanal recipes dating back to 1932!

The King of Cuberdon is also keen to minimize its ecological impact on the environment and makes a point of obtaining supplies from regional producers. His passion and his 100% artisanal manufacturing methods earned him a certificate of craftsmanship in 2016!
