Traditionally cooked in the regions of Piedmont, risotto occupies a full place in Italian cuisine. This preparation will make you travel and you will not be disappointed with the result! This risotto is prepared with excellent products from 100% organic farming, including organic French rice from the Camargue and our organic saffron. The secret of risotto comes from its small round grains of rice, which gradually soak up the liquid to produce a creamy mixture, but which retains its structure thanks to the rice which should normally remain slightly crunchy. You will therefore need a little patience before tasting it.
