Artisan canner from Dordogne and heir for several generations of a long regional agricultural tradition, our cannery and its sales shop Le Ségéral at Lardin St-Lazare, offer you its artisanal preserves, Foie Gras IGP Périgord and organic products.
We defend quality, healthy and local food, based on sustainable agriculture adapted to its terroir as well as traditional methods. Our products are local and we aim to put our regional farmers to work: Duck and Goose from Périgord, Organic Vegetables and Pork from France, mainly New Aquitaine. They are guaranteed without artificial additives or flavorings.
All our preserves are cooked in our family business by Maryse, Eric and Julien. Discover all the flavors of Périgord through our Foies Gras, Duck Cassoulets, Dried Duck Breasts with Foie Gras, Confits, Organic Vegetable Spreads, Local Boxes, etc...
