HE tours France with the “companions of duty”
SHE discovered a passion for catering, and therefore trained to be a maître d'hôtel..... indoors,
HE seconds the chef, not very far...in the kitchen.
SHE and HE finally meet, get married, have a child....and make the same observation: the rum baba has almost disappeared from the French pastry tradition!
they want to take up the challenge of designing an aesthetic, quality pastry which, above all, rediscovers the unrivaled taste of the rum baba of yesteryear!
