Chardonnay 12.5 vol% The Chardonnay 2024 vintage inaugurates a limited series where each vintage will be distinguished by a label with a unique design, designed by a graphic designer. A visual signature that will evolve over the years! Morning harvest Grapes picked at technological maturity, for the objective of freshness. Dress: Beautiful shimmering dress on gold, almost crystalline. Nose Aromas of white fruits such as pineapple, peach and sour apple. Palate: Light and balanced, with a round and lively attack. The finish offers a nice liveliness, with a “peppy” side that stimulates the taste buds. Fish in white sauce, poultry skewers, sushi, sea bream tartare, green vegetable risotto, poultry with lemon, fresh tomme. Drink very cool 10-12°C VEGAN certified
