Classification: D.O.P.   Primitive of Manduria.   Grapes: 100% pure Primitivo.   Production area: Manduria (TA).   Training system: Sapling (5.000 plants per ha).   Harvest period: second ten days of September.   Vinification: after pressing and destemming, 8 days of rest on the skins follow; drawing off and aging for 12 months in oak barriques.   Aging: stainless steel – barriques.
