We are passionate about wines & spirits but also about travel: there are so many regions and wonders to discover in the world. And we realized that being a trader leaves so little time to do it! This is why we wanted to share our discoveries with passionate professionals like us, who wish to offer their customers authentic gems, worked by artisan winegrowers or distillers in France and abroad.
It all started with the Ports of Quinta de Marrocos: we discovered it during a walk on the left bank of the Douro a few years ago. It is one of the oldest properties in the Douro and the Correia de Sequeira family, who have owned it for generations, were able to pass on their passion to us from our first meeting.
It was by returning to our region of origin in Italy that we discovered the wines of the Candido estate, a family house in the heart of the Salice Salentino appellation, born in 1929 from the dream of Francesco Candido. A real favorite !
A stone's throw from the Arcachon Bay, we then discovered Tame Spirits, a very young and original distillery, to say the least, creator of "La Bouche" Gins. Its creator was inspired by great kitchens to imagine his distillation process at low temperature, thanks to an almost total vacuum of air in the still: this very particular and rare technique in the spirits world allows boiling without “cooking ” and therefore a very fresh and round restitution of flavors throughout its range.
And our latest discovery, of which we are very proud, is the range of “Diablesse” Caribbean Rums, assembled in the United Kingdom by a enthusiast: 100% natural rums with a resolutely original and complex aromatic profile.
