Hybrid between Absinthe & Gin – France – 70 cl bottle - 50% The Hybrid is a unique product, born from the desire of its creator “to take Gin #1 Cap Ferret towards a finely aniseed and ultra gourmet variation”. It is composed of 80% of Gin #1 and 20% of classic absinthe plants, including lemon balm, fennel and hyssop. Each of its 16 ingredients are organic and its certification is in progress. On the nose, citrus fruits, a beautiful minty and liquorice freshness, juniper and a pleasant touch of salinity. On the palate, we discreetly find licorice combined with anise. A finely iodized freshness combines with vegetal flavors such as basil or lemon mint. It is amazing in “Hybrid Sonic” (a contraction of Soda Water+Tonic!), the cocktail specially created for him by Stéphane… or even in Hybrid Sour or in Absinthe Fountain! The hybrid clouds like an Ouzo when water is added.
