Acacia Honey Origin France

Acacia honey is renowned for its finesse and delicate flavor.  This one is harvested by bees in the Basses Pyrénées.  It has a pretty pale yellow color and a very liquid texture.  On the palate it is sweet and is characterized by floral aromas.  Its flavor evokes light nuances of vanilla.  Acacia honey crystallizes very slowly, meaning it remains liquid for a long time thanks to its high fructose level.             Each honey from Village de François comes from responsible beekeeping practices, particularly with regard to foraging areas and treatments.  Each honey is selected for its taste quality and character, and is analyzed to guarantee its floral origin.   Le Village de François is an association which welcomes vulnerable people and their companions, offering them a roof over their heads, an economic activity and a lot of kindness.  This pot of honey that you buy allows fragile people to work, live with dignity and get back on their feet.             We package in boxes of 20 pots of the same size (possibility of mixing the honeys).
