Eucalyptus Honey Origin Spain

Eucalyptus honey is known for being a powerful honey, strong at first and sweet afterwards.  This one is harvested by bees in the Spanish region of Galicia.  It has a pretty, fairly dark brown color.  On the palate, it is characterized by woody and menthol aromas.  Its strong smell is reminiscent of dried mushrooms.   Each honey from Village de François comes from responsible beekeeping practices, particularly with regard to foraging areas and treatments.  Each honey is selected for its taste quality and character, and is analyzed to guarantee its floral origin.   Le Village de François is an association which welcomes vulnerable people and their companions, offering them a roof over their heads, an economic activity and a lot of kindness.  This pot of honey that you buy allows fragile people to work, live with dignity and get back on their feet.             We package in boxes of 20 pots of the same size.
