Honey Rosemary Origin Spain

Rosemary honey is renowned for its elegance and sweet, lingering flavor.  This one is harvested by bees in the province of Huesca in Spain.  It has a pretty light, slightly yellow color.  In the mouth, its taste is subtle and intense with delicate vegetal notes.  Its light balsamic scent is typical and discreet.  Its crystallization is fine and very rapid, from a very clear liquid honey we pass to a white crystallized honey.             Each honey from Village de François comes from responsible beekeeping practices, particularly with regard to foraging areas and treatments.  Each honey is selected for its taste quality and character, and is analyzed to guarantee its floral origin.             Le Village de François is an association which welcomes vulnerable people and their companions, offering them a roof over their heads, an economic activity and a lot of kindness.  This pot of honey that you buy allows fragile people to work, live with dignity and get back on their feet.             We package in boxes of 20 pots of the same size.
