Fir Honey Origin France

Fir honey is renowned for its persistent flavor and strong aromatic odor.  This one is harvested by bees in the Jura.  It has a beautiful brown color with woody iridescence.  On the palate, its taste is malty, balsamic and sweet with a nutty note.  Its aromas are complex and suggest ripe fruits and caramel.  Its crystallization is slow.             Each honey from Village de François comes from responsible beekeeping practices, particularly with regard to foraging areas and treatments.  Each honey is selected for its taste quality and character, and is analyzed to guarantee its floral origin.             Le Village de François is an association which welcomes vulnerable people and their companions, offering them a roof over their heads, an economic activity and a lot of kindness.  This pot of honey that you buy allows fragile people to work, live with dignity and get back on their feet.             We package in boxes of 20 pots of the same size.
