The property : The property was acquired by the Thienpont family in 1946, they transferred part of it to Matthieu Thienpont who moved there with his wife. Together, they bought a few neighboring plots. With the help of their 5 children, they will produce their first vintage in 2009. From then on, with each vintage the objective is to acquire greater precision and a nobler expression of its clay-limestone terroirs, through plot vinification.  Viticulture and winemaking: Vineyard: controlled natural grassing and tillage. Using cow manure compost from the property to bring the soil back to life. Manual interventions: disbudding, head de-stalking, shedding, chipping, etc.
 Vatting in whole berries (stainless steel tanks), punching down and pumping over. É aging: 12 to 16 months in barrels, a third of which is renewed each year.
