"Saumur BRUT AOP Traditional Method VINIFICATION: Our 100% Cabernet Franc Saumur Brut rosé is made using the traditional method. This wine then benefits from a significant aging on lees for 18 months in our underground cellars: this qualitative choice allows us to obtain a great finesse of bubbles and an aromatic elegance around small red fruits. TASTING Colour: Onion skin, fine bubbles Nose: The delicate effervescence carries airy aromas that leave an impression of freshness: Raspberry and wild strawberry Palate: A nice balance on notes of red fruits.
