The great maturity of the grapes allows us a long and gentle maceration for optimal extraction. Then this wine is aged in 225 L barrels to give it suppleness and roundness of tannins as well as a hint of wood. This cuvée has a nice balance between the fruitiness of Cabernet Franc and the structure of aging in oak barrels.
