Lebkuchen Wild is a traditional family-run business in the Nuremberg metropolitan region, specializing in high-quality, handcrafted Elisenlebkuchen. Since 1959, we have been producing seasonal specialties in our in-house confectionery in Fürth according to old recipes and with modern standards. Our gingerbread is characterized by a particularly high nut content (min. 35%) and the conscious avoidance of preservatives. Quality, regionality and craftsmanship are our focus. In addition to direct sales, we also supply delicatessens and selected retail chains. In addition to Elisenlebkuchen, our range also includes Stollen and other baked goods with character – always freshly produced, always with attention to detail.
