The exquisite, discreetly spicy flavor of bergamot punctuates the fine leaves of this refined Sencha. A great classic with enduring charm, a tea time to share with happiness around a chocolate or citrus mousse. This tea can also be used in cakes or homemade cocktails. Pour 3-4 grams of tea into your tea filter of choice for 25cl of water. Pour in water at 70-80°C and let it infuse for 2-3 minutes. Enjoy!
