Our extra apricot jam is made from fresh seasonal fruit. The combawa, zested before cooking, brings uniqueness to this classic jam. Pieces of candied apricots blend with combawa zest to create a jam that is both fresh and delicious. It can be enjoyed for breakfast on a slice of fresh bread or brioche, with fromage blanc, faisselle or as a snack on pancakes. You can also make a coulis by dissolving the jam in a little water to coat your desserts, such as a cheesecake.
