Meyer Lemon Jam

My Meyer lemon jam is made from citrus fruits from my plantation. The Meyer lemon is only a lemon in name! It is said to be a cross between the citron, the grapefruit and the mandarin. Much sweeter and more subtle than the four-season lemon, the Meyer lemon offers spicier and more herbal notes. To be discovered on a slice of bread, a fromage blanc or to accompany your cheese platter, Meyer lemon goes very well with sheep's and goat's cheese. You can also combine it with your savory dishes as a condiment for a little sweet and salty touch.
