Provencal strawberry jam with citrus zest

Our extra strawberry jam is made from a blend of Carpentras, Garriguettes and Charlotte strawberries harvested in Provence. These most fragrant varieties of strawberries, with a sweet taste and notes of wild strawberries, combine to create a jam full of sweetness. Whole and chopped strawberries are accompanied by candied lemon zest to bring freshness and deliciousness to this great classic jam. Perfect on a slice of fresh bread, brioche, scones or yogurt.
