3 Citrus Marmalade

My 3 Citrus marmalade is made from citrus fruits from my plantation. It revisits the classic orange marmalade by adding yuzu and Meyer lemon. A cross between mandarin and lemon, yuzu retains a certain acidity and a lot of freshness, while Meyer lemon is much sweeter and has more spicy and herbaceous tones. The marmalade offers a balance that is neither too sweet nor too bitter, with unique flavors that blend the lively notes of yuzu, the herbal hues of Meyer lemon and the sweetness of orange. The whole thing is nuanced by the slightly bitter hints of bigarade (bitter orange). It will delight orange marmalade lovers who are looking for something a little new!
