Also recognized as our “Travel cake”, our House’s emblematic specialty, the “Kirschbescue” is a delicious candied fruit cake soaked in Kirsch de Fougerolles AOC. It is said that its century-old recipe was born from the travels of the brother of Léonard Parli, once a pastry chef at the court of Queen Victoria in England, who adapted the recipe for Plum-pudding with candied fruits from Provence.
