Assortment of Léonard Parli Candied Fruits iced one by one in our Factory in Aix-en-Provence. Delivered in bulk to create your products that reflect your store. The fruits are slowly candied in our cauldrons in successive sugar baths. It is only at the last moment that our artisan confectioners come and glaze them one by one to perfect them. The layer of sugar thus coats the fruit and prevents it from losing its juice. Cantaloupe melon slices, pineapple slices, Rosé de Provence apricots, white pears, figs, plums and half peaches.
