Organic Nectar Honey (250g)

Our Nectar Honey is the result of a careful blend of our best harvested honeys. Our 300 hives spread across 5 apiaries forage on our 300 hectares from April to mid-August. The honey, extracted naturally and unheated, will settle for several weeks in vats. One by one, the vats are rated for their sweetness, acidity, fruitiness, bitterness, etc. so that they can then move on to blending tests. Our vintage of the year is a subtle blend of sunflower honey, clover, acacia, chestnut... We obtain a soft and sweet honey thanks to the sunflower which brings a perfect balance of aromas, with fruity and sweet notes (citrus fruits such as lemon) which offers a good length in the mouth. 100% Honey from Lot-et-Garonne - non-perishable Honey is not recommended for children under 1 year old
