Les Olives Daniel were created in 1959 in Nîmes. We are currently the third generation of olive confectioners and our main concerns are the quality of the products and the services provided.
Being a confectioner means debittering your olives yourself. We work with suppliers from the Gard, and above all historical ones, to guarantee a local product of irreproachable quality from one year to the next.
We also manufacture products derived from olives but also savory and other spreadable products.
Cod brandade is our flagship product after Picholine de France. A carefully preserved recipe but above all elaborated with passion and respect in the style of Mr Daniel Perez.
Finally, olive oils, tapenades and other spreads are also prepared by hand at our workshops in Nîmes.
A family story that is, for the pleasure of all our customers, not ready to stop.
