Carefully prepared after manual crumbling, its cod content (50%) gives an inimitable taste and texture to the 'Daniel-style' cod brandade. To be enjoyed cold as an aperitif on bread or as a starter, hot as a main dish, au gratin, mixed with potatoes, cauliflower, spinach etc... there are many uses! (!) Lactose-free cod brandade (!)
