Its elongated shape is perfect for stretching your back on it and thus promoting heart-opening postures. Firm and supple, it is filled with 100% French organic spelled husks and sewn in France in thick, premium fabrics for durability. Our yoga bolsters are 100% removable thanks to an inside zip. You will be able to adjust its height and firmness according to your preference or wash it easily (wash at 30°C).
