Whole duck foie gras 300g (per batch of 12) After choosing our livers (extra quality), we take a piece of the lobe, devein it then season it with fleur de sel from Noirmoutier and black pepper. Whole foie gras is presented in an airtight glass jar so that you can appreciate their texture. The mere sight of them whets the appetite! Sterile glass jar, can be stored for 4 years from the date of manufacture.
