Amber IPA Beer 7% “Rouge Gorge” 33CL or 75CL

Hops: Nugget, Simcoe, Cascade, Mosaic, Citra A red beer with a distinct hop taste, it is bitterer and fruitier than our classic range and therefore corresponds to the India Pale Ale style. When tasting, the entry is very fruity and the finish is caramel. For the record, we like to say (is it true?!) that the IPA style was born on the ships that exported English beer to India. To guarantee a certain quality at the arrival of this long and eventful journey, the beer was overhopped, hops being a natural preservative.
