The influence of indigenous cultures makes Mexico a pioneer in organic coffee cultivation.   Our coffee comes from the state of Veracruz, on the east coast of the country.     We work with the cooperative whose objective is the well-being and quality of life of their producers and their entire coffee family, because they firmly believe that coffee, beyond a simple agricultural product, is a way of life, a culture and a hope of progress for those who engage in it.   The blue-green beans come from several farms of small producers, and the harvests are done from November to March, at 1300 meters above sea level.
 This coffee has power and aromatic intensity while being light in caffeine, balanced and easy to digest. Taste notes: Fruity Lemon, Vanilla, Cocoa, Honeysuckle
