Colombia is today one of the leading coffee exporting countries. It is cultivated on the side mountain range between 800 and 1900 meters, in the Sierra Nevada de Santa National Park Marta, in the north of the country. We work with the cooperative which brings together 13 families of producers of organic and fair trade coffee. The freshness of their grain and the respectful way of protecting nature fairly throughout the production chain giving coffee unique traceability. Harvesting is done by hand between October and February. It has a light body, and its taste is fine and aromatic. It is in this area that we have acquired two plots where we will produce our own coffee in collaboration with the local population.
