GROUND OR GRAIN BULK NICARAGUA organic and fair trade coffees

For this coffee, we are working with the Cosecha Partners cooperative, the spearhead of Organic and Fair Trade Agriculture in Nicaragua, and which also produced cocoa, macadamia and spices. Beans are hand-picked, fully ripe, and rigorously checked to deliver high-quality, consistent specialty coffee. The plantations are located in the central highlands of Nicaragua, between 900 and 1,200m above sea level. This cooperative allows better training and better remuneration for their farmers and promotes regenerative agriculture around coffee and macadamia.
